Winemaking & ageing

Gentle vinification, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation – indigenous yeasts and bio-protection to limit sulfites. Micro-oxygenation during vinification to bring roundness, and ageing on fine lees to enrich the texture.

Tasting

Ruby colour with violet highlights, bright and clear. On the nose, aromas of red fruits and fresh strawberry. A fleshy yet light palate with silky tannins. A friendly wine, perfect for sharing with friends.

Food & wine pairing

Pairs perfectly with a charcuterie board or grilled barbecue dishes.

Alcohol content : 13%.
Serving temperature : 13 to 15°C.
Cellaring potential : 1 to 3 years.
