Winemaking & ageing
Gentle vinification, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation – bio-protection to limit sulfites. Micro-oxygenation during vinification to bring roundness, and ageing on fine lees to enrich the texture.
Tasting
Pale yellow colour, bright and crystalline. An elegant wine, floral, with delicate aromas of rose and lychee. The palate opens fresh, with generous texture and a delicately fruity finish.
Food & wine pairing
Ideal with a seafood platter or fish in a light sauce, such as cod with cream or pike-perch with beurre blanc.
Alcohol content : 13%.
Serving temperature : 11 to 13°C.
Cellaring potential : 3 to 5 years.
