Les Arbillons Var represents: “A fulfilling project, the opportunity to be a winemaker in Côtes de Provence at a domain to be reimagined and rebuilt. It’s about freedom, a real challenge to envision and design with a united team a virtuous vineyard estate, and soon offer our first batches of organic wine with a Mediterranean touch.”

Violaine Moissenet

Violaine Moissenet

Operations Manager for the Dijon Estate

Violaine is managing the installation of a 6-hectare plot on the hills of Dijon, in Corcelles-les-Monts (21). This includes 4 hectares of Pinot Noir and 2 hectares of Chardonnay, which will produce Bourgogne Dijon wines in approximately 3 years. The unique feature of this plot? It will be cultivated using agroforestry principles: lines of fruit trees will also be part of the landscape.

Les Arbillons Dijon: “It’s quite a challenge! Everything needs to be built from scratch here, and we are fortunate to have the support of the city Dijon Métropole in our projects to enhance biodiversity. Les Arbillons team is very close-knit, and it’s a real pleasure to work together in building the estate.”
