In the heart of Provence
In the heart of Provence
Not far from the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, we benefit from a Mediterranean climate with continental influences that allow the vines to reveal their finest secrets.
Martin manages the 9 hectares, drawing on his experiences in winemaking from Burgundy and Corsica, all while respecting Provençal practices.

The soil and the people
The soil and the people
In winter, the soils saturate with water, making them difficult to work. In summer, they become as hard as stone on the surface, yet they conceal a precious reservoir of water deep underground.
We encourage the vines to draw from these deep reserves while supporting them through the most critical periods using methods rooted in millennia-old expertise.
An innovative project
An innovative project
Our vineyard was converted to organic agriculture in 2023. Its consists of old vines averaging 50 years old, in need of rejuvenation. With respect for the estate’s history, we envision a new vineyard capable of adapting to its environmental constraints:
- Selection of the finest plots of old vines, replanting, and adjustments to create our core range of rosé wines under the AOP Côtes de Provence.
- Replanting a portion of the estate by selecting terroirs suitable for the expression of the Rolle grape variety to produce our AOP Côtes de Provence white wine cuvées.
- Introducing a selection of innovative and endemic grape varieties from neighboring regions and countries to adapt to climate changes and produce creative and original cuvées.
