Tasting Notes

A robe with carmine reflections, offering intense and luscious notes of fresh red berries and white-fleshed fruits.
The finish is complex, enhanced by saffron notes and a remarkable length on the palate.
Parcel-based night harvesting was employed to limit oxidation and preserve the fruit’s freshness. Traditional vinification was followed by several weeks of cold settling on fine lees in stainless steel tanks, with minimal additives (sulfites).

An epicurean and gastronomic rosé, perfect as an aperitif or paired with white meats, fish, shellfish, and crustaceans.
