Tasting Notes
A luminous, clear robe. Fresh and elegant aromas of white flowers, citron, delicate notes of lychee, and small red fruits.
Harvesting was done at night to limit oxidation and preserve the freshness of the fruit. Traditional vinification was followed by a period of cold settling on fine lees in stainless steel tanks, minimizing additives (sulfites).
