Winemaking & ageing

Vinification with rigorous temperature control to ensure gentle tannin extraction and the development of fresh fruit aromas. Two pump-overs are carried out daily to ensure proper oxygenation during the fermentation phase.

Tasting

Intense ruby colour, bright and deep. Aromas of ripe red and black fruits, with delicate floral notes of violet. On the palate, the wine combines freshness and volume, with supple tannins. The ultimate easy-drinking wine!

Food & wine pairing

Ideal with lightly pink duck or a generous cut of red meat.

Alcohol content : 13%.
Serving temperature : 14 to 16°C.
Cellaring potential : 2 to 4 years.
