Winemaking & ageing

Gentle vinification, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, with bioprotection to limit sulphites. Micro-oxygenation during vinification to bring roundness, followed by ageing on fine lees in stainless steel tanks to preserve the wine’s freshness.

Tasting

Clear green-gold colour. The nose reveals aromas of white flowers and white-fleshed fruits. The palate opens fresh, enhanced by notes of citrus and lemon. A truly enjoyable, easy-drinking wine!

Pairs perfectly with fish in light sauces, seafood or poultry in cream sauce.

Alcohol content : 13%.
Serving temperature : 11 to 13°C.
Cellaring potential : 1 to 3 years.
