Winemaking & ageing

Vinification with rigorous temperature control for gentle tannin extraction and the development of fresh fruit aromas. Two pump-overs are carried out daily to ensure proper oxygenation during fermentation. Barrel ageing adds structure, complexity and good ageing potential.

Tasting

A ruby colour, bright and deep. An intense, floral nose with notes of violet. The palate is fleshy and generous, revealing lovely aromatic complexity and smooth tannins. The finish shows subtle toasted notes with great finesse.

Food & wine pairing

Ideal with a generous cut of red meat or a dark chocolate cake.

Alcohol content : 13%.
Serving temperature : 14 to 16°C.
Cellaring potential : 3 to 7 years.
