Winemaking & ageing

Gentle vinification, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, with bioprotection to limit sulphites. Micro-oxygenation during vinification to enhance roundness, followed by ageing on fine lees in stainless steel tanks to preserve the wine’s freshness.

Tasting

A pale yellow colour, bright and clear. An elegant nose revealing aromas of white flowers, apple and pear, with a light hint of hazelnut.
On the palate, fresh, balanced, fruity and round, with a clean and persistent finish.

Food & wine pairing

Perfect as an aperitif, with fish in light sauces, poultry in cream sauce, as well as hard cheeses and aged goat cheeses.

Alcohol content : 13%.
Serving temperature : 11 to 13°C.
Cellaring potential : 1 to 3 years.
