Winemaking & ageing

Gentle vinification, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation – and bio-protection to limit sulphites. Micro-oxygenation during vinification to bring roundness, and ageing on fine lees to enrich the texture.

Tasting

A golden, clear colour. The nose reveals notes of yellow fruits, citrus and toasted almonds. The attack on the palate is fresh, with a rich and opulent finish.

Food & wine pairing

Perfect with veal blanquette, seafood stew, or poultry in cream sauce.
